Booking straight into the diary
The AI looks at the actual diary, offers open times, and books the appointment on the call or in the message. It confirms on WhatsApp. You can use our diary or keep the system you have.

A diary the AI books into directly. It cannot double-book: the database won't accept one.
- Books, moves and cancels appointments on a call or in a message.
- Our diary will not accept a double booking. The database rejects it, so there is no check that can be skipped.
- Set working hours and a cancellation notice period.
- Keep your practice system: PractoSA syncs bookings both ways. It starts in a preview mode that shows what it would change without changing anything.
- The sync is careful. A partial read from your system never cancels anything, a booking is only ever created in your system once, and if a sync would cancel more than a handful of appointments it stops and asks.
- Choose whether the AI or your desk answers first, with calls passed to a person after a set time or as soon as the patient asks.
A booking made by the AI, approved by staff, or entered by hand all go through the same code.
The diary sync has a log of every run, and every write to your system is made exactly once. Cliniko is the first system supported.
Patients who have opted out or asked to be forgotten are not re-imported from a diary sync.
Built and tested. The diary sync has been tested against a stand-in for Cliniko, not a live account. The first founding practice on Cliniko will be the first live run, in preview mode first.
