All your messages in one place
WhatsApp, SMS, email and voicemails land in one conversation per patient. The AI writes a draft reply. Your team checks it and sends it.
WhatsAppHi, can I move Friday to the afternoon?
SMSSorry, sent that from my other number.
Hi Thandi, no problem. I have Friday 14:30 or 15:45. Which one suits you?

WhatsApp, SMS, email and voicemail in one thread per patient. The AI drafts; your team taps approve.
- One conversation per patient, whichever channel they used.
- Assign a conversation to someone, snooze it, tag it, add an internal note, attach a file.
- The AI drafts a reply to each incoming message and lines up any action that goes with it. A staff member approves, edits or rejects it.
- Those approvals and rejections are counted. Over time they show which kinds of requests the AI handles well enough to do on its own.
- Patient consent and opt-outs are recorded once and apply on every channel.
- Keeps track of WhatsApp's 24-hour reply window so a message is not sent when WhatsApp would reject it.
Every outgoing message goes through one sending system, and each one is tracked from queued to sent to delivered, or failed.
A reply the AI drafts and a booking it makes on a call run through the same code, so there is one set of rules to check.
Each channel can be set to human, copilot or autopilot for your practice. Inbox starts in copilot.
Built and tested against the WhatsApp, SMS and email providers in a test environment. The first founding practice will be the first live WhatsApp account we connect.
We are taking on a small number of practices in South Africa while we finish this. If you want inbox on your line, get in touch.
