See what is working

How many calls were answered, how many the AI handled on its own, where it needed a person, and what that is worth to the practice. Over 7, 30 or 90 days, with export to CSV.

Insights

Answer rate, hours saved, revenue recovered. The numbers that tell you when to turn the next switch.

What it does
  • Answer rate, messages taken, and calls that would have been missed, with an estimate of their value based on your average appointment.
  • For each kind of request, how often the AI completed it without help.
  • Where calls drop off, and the most common reasons the AI handed over to a person.
  • Booking and no-show numbers, and an estimate of staff time saved with the assumptions shown next to it.
  • 7-, 30- and 90-day views. Export to CSV.
How it is built

All the numbers come from the same audit log the AI writes to, so there is no separate set of figures that can drift.

The AI is only offered more independence on a type of request when these numbers show it is handling that request reliably. You can turn it back off with one click.

Where it stands

Built. The time-saved figure is an estimate and is labelled as one on screen, with the assumptions beside it.
