Reminders, recalls and gap-filling that actually arrive. Every message tracked from queued to delivered.
- Reminders on a schedule: WhatsApp two days before, SMS the day before if WhatsApp did not get through, and an optional phone call on the day.
- Each message is tracked from queued to sent to delivered. If one fails, it is resent. Reports only count messages that were confirmed delivered.
- Recall messages to patients based on when they last visited.
- When someone cancels, the AI contacts the waitlist until the slot is filled.
- Outgoing AI calls are limited by default: valid numbers only, South African numbers only unless you allow others, no calls to patients who opted out, and hourly and daily caps with spend alerts.
Uses the same sending system as the inbox. If Engage is switched off for your practice, nothing is sent and scheduled jobs are skipped.
Limits default to blocking. If a cap is missing, the call does not go out.
Built and tested in code. Outgoing calls are waiting on the phone system. The reminder schedule and the before-and-after no-show numbers will be measured with the founding practices.
